If you are coming in for your first appointment, plan to arrive a few minutes early. Please bring your insurance card and any recent dental x-rays you may have. Co-pays are due at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Care Credit and debit cards. We also offer payment plans through American Financial for qualified patients.
